The Wassily chair, also known as the Model B3 chair, was designed by Marcel Breuer in 1925-26, then head of the Bauhaus furniture factory in Dessau, Germany. The chair was successively published by Italian publishers, including Gavina and then by Knoll beginning in 1968.
