The table top consists of green and white ceramic tiles,
produced in the Gilliot ceramic tile factory in Hemiksem near Antwerp.
Each tile is marked on the back with "Made in Belgium" and "H" (for Hemiksem)!
On one side of the table there is a large drawer, divided into several compartments, for all sorts of (kitchen) utensils.
The wooden frame is ornamented als well as the turned legs.
Unrestored original condition. Surface cleaned and gently re-polished.

Very large Dining Table / Tavern Table for 8-10 people, from Belgium around 1890/1900! Eyecatcher are the beautifully turned legs with the large ball closures below the frame!

Restored with preserving age patina and signs of use. Old drying cracks in the plate were filled. The Surface was cleaned and re-waxed / polished. Some age-related minor scratches and stains in the surface. (The chairs are not included in the offer, but can be purchased separately.

Made of genuine cowhide, original by BENDIC INTERNATIONAL from Goor, The Netherlands!
The raised backrest and the additional padding in the lower back area make the chair very comfortable!
Handcrafted in the 80s, the chair has some light usage traces and a wonderful age patina!
Slight scratches, abrasion and minor stains vouch for the age of the chair and give the furniture a distinctive charm.
